It shows up in the details of the Pass offers by what is said and not said. You can buy the Half Fare card to the Flexi Pass and Transfer Ticket by adding 60 chf to the purchase price.

The Swiss Travel Pass Flexi with Half-Fare Combo is now a separate product from the straight version; same applies to the Swiss Transfer ticket. Therefore, there are separate purchase links on our Swiss Rail page as well as on the web site that you referenced: http://www.swisstravelsystem.co.uk/en.
