2 days in Amsterdam and 7 days in Switzerland

We are a family of 4. A couple plus two teenager kids. We are taking a cruise 6/7 from Basel to Amsterdam. We will arrive in Ams on 5/30 early am and plan to spend a couple days before heading to Switzerland for a few more days before the cruise. Have a friend in Lausanne to visit. Looking for ideas how to better plan the trip. Our goal is to see as many places as we can. Here’s our draft plan: AMS day 1, drop off luggages at hotel, visit flower market, Ann frank house, take boat tour. Day 2, visit van Goh and rigik museums. AMS Day 3/ Ch day 1, early flight to Zurich. Take train to Lucerne, visit local tour spots. Sleep in Lucerne. CH day 2, take mountain train to Rigi and back. Afternoon take golden pass to interlaken. Sleep in interlaken. CH day 3, visit junfraujoch. Sleep in interlaken. CH day 4, day trip to bern. Sleep interlaken. CH day 5, golden pass to Lausanne. Stay 2 nights. CH day 6, shopping trip to Lion. CH 7, visit vineyard before going to Basel. Board cruise at 3pm.

First idea: fly into Zurich to start, do your Swiss thing, then the cruise to Amsterdam, then tour Amsterdam and fly home from there.

I'd skip Bern day trip and Lyon (my assumption of Lion). Tour vineyards near Lausanne.

I found nothing special about Interlaken. Very commercial. Consider Lauterbrünnen instead. Those waterfalls are mesmerizing!

Thanks for the suggestion. Is Lauterbrunnen as convenient as Interlaken? hotels and restaurants? I plan to stay there a few nights.

Thanks for the ideas. We have to get back right away after the cruise for work so have to tour Ams first. Is Bern really not worth it? I just know it is the capital and one of the UNESCO site. Is half day doable? I love to spend more time in Lausanne or Montreux too.
