2 Day plan in Interlaken area

Hi,

I am planing to spend 2 days and planing the following

OCT 20: Arrive by the night and rest.
OCT 21: Take trip to Schilthorn Mountain. Include some easy/scenic hikes and Trummelbach Falls.
OCT 22: Do parasailing. Take a trip on one of the lakes. Soak in as much views of this amazing place. At day end, travel back to Zurich.

Pleas suggest me where should I stay to best execute this plan? I would like to stay economical.
Any suggestion for who offers the best parasailing? I saw some videos about this region and people parasailing look so amazing.

Any suggestions to change anything in this plan?

You have two main activities, both highly weather dependent.

You need to decide if you only have one clear day which you will want to do and which will be deferred. I'd advise being flexible in your extremely short amount of time.

If you need to rest after a short (less than 2 hours) train journey from Zuerich does that mean you are coming after work, or after arriving from a long flight? The answers for the next day may hinge on that.

I will spend 2 days in Lucerne before coming to Interlaken. Current plan is to go to Mount Titlis on 20th. After that excursion, catch train to Interlaken.
