If you are looking to stay in the Lauterbrunnen Valley and experience all the Alpine wonder in the summer on a budget I highly recommend the Hotel Bernerhoff in Wengen… 15 min train from Lauterbrunnen, 5 min flat walk from the train station, an older hotel but well maintained, some rooms with bathroom in the room and some shared, awesome views, daily housekeeping, walk to restaurants a few minutes away and a good choice also at the Hotel… our double this week with bathroom $200/ night while most others are double that price…one caveat there is no elavator and it has three floors🇨🇭🇨🇭🇨🇭
