1) Any border or airport rail station
2) If it is a continuous pass (not flexi), online from the SBB website here: https://www.sbb.ch/en/leisure-holidays/travel-in-switzerland/international-guests/swiss-travel-pass.html
You get a self-print ticket.
Same prices both ways.

Can you buy from the SBB app and have it be an e-pass on the SBB app? Or must it be printed?
