We will stay for two nights in Pontresina before the Bernina train to Torino. We will not ski but would like easy access to train. Thank you. Bonnie

Are you looking for hotels? Rick's few recommendations are all near the post office, also near to most town resources and the bus stop for service from the train station. Walking from the train station to the town center is about 10 minutes up a steep hill. The youth hostel (www.youthhostel.ch/pontresina) is in the valley with the train station and does offer double and quad rooms. Or Google Maps shows another nearby option called "Hotel Station."

Yes, thank you for the good information. I have also learned that hotels will provide a free pickup at the station
