Looking for small Inn or B&B with great views of Lake Leman or Neuchatel.

My husband and I are looking for a small Inn or B&B in a quiet village overlooking Lac Leman or Neuchatel. We are not planning to have a car. We're planning to be there at the end or Sept, early October. We'd like to be able to take public transportation around the lake, and to the larger towns for day trips. Any ideas?
