Hi Im looking for accommodation for 11 adults and 1 infant (less than 2 yrs old) at Lausanne/Vevey in late Sep. Preferred free parking for 3 cars and kitchen facility if possible. any recommendation?

I would try Airbnb. I just checked and there are many offerings for entire homes with kitchens.

Yes, I found a nice accommodation on AirBnB in Vevey as well, just prepare for price shock, although you'll likely do much better than a hotel.
