Sorry to see you have had no replies. I don’t know if it will fit your needs as a “boutique” but the Hotel Warwick near the Cornavin station is very nice and in a convenient location. We stayed there two nights last fall. Excellent Italian restaurant around the corner, Ristorante Boccadasse.
