Looking for folks who have stayed here. Wondering about the train to Zurich. United screwed up our connecting flight so we will be spending 1 night at the airport. Probably should make United pay for it!

If United changed your flight by a significant time that you don't like AND you see a flight time/connection that you do like, I'd definitely call United. Most airlines just book the next flight they see for you in a forward time slot. A couple of years ago we were changed to a flight time we didn't like but the airline hadn't considered that we would be OK with an earlier booking. We called and asked about the earlier flight and they rebooked us. You may not need to stay at an airport hotel.

We stayed at Hotel FlyAway last July the night before we flew home. We liked it a lot. We had a nice room and a comfortable bed. We took the free hotel shuttle to the airport early in the morning. The train station was very near by, but we also took the hotel shuttle from the airport because that was where we got off the train and it was very convienent.
