My family did a Switzerland tour in Sep and added 3 days in Zurich at the end. We reserved 2 twin bed rooms and 1 single at this hotel. Reasonable rate for Zurich hotel close to the center and the main train station. When we arrived they upgraded both twins to triples for free which gained us a day bed and balconies on the main street. The rooms weren't fancy but were clean and had most hotel amenities including AC and elevator. No refrigerator or tea kettle.
Continental breakfast was included. A bit bare bones - hot coffee/tea, juice, breads, yogurt and cereal. Meat and cheese were extra.
All the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed to do laundry and they had us bring a bagful to the front desk and about 5 hours later knocked on our door with a basket full of warm laundry to fold. There was supposed to be a charge but it never appeared on our bill. Another clerk arranged for a shuttle van service to take us to the airport which we paid directly to the driver.
There was some street noise if the windows were open but the A.C. drowned it out.
Would stay here again.
