We just can’t say enough good things. Our room was clean and comfy. Balcony looked out over the valley. We were charmed immediately.
Frankly, the town was exactly what you think of when imagining the Swiss Alps. We could have spent a week here.
The Hotel provided breakfast, by far the best European breakfast we had the entire trip. The selection and variety made us look forward to getting up and moving.
We ate dinner here twice. The views are spectacular, we were able to sit outside both nights. First night was so good we didn’t want to go anywhere else. Prices were incredibly reasonable as well.
Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved that hotel, and Ruth was fantastic. Communication before our stay was prompt and quite helpful. On our first night, the sunset on the Alps was absolutely golden, as we sat on the back patio with our bottle of wine. Will definitely return! And- booking direct saved us some money.

Agreed!! Ruth was lovely. We booked direct as well. Our second night my hubby suggested we eat somewhere else but I said, Why?? The views are fantastic and the food excellent. So we ate there again. I would stay again when we go back.

Absolutely love that place & Ruth is wonderful. Good to hear she is still there as she was talking about retirement a few years ago.

I have travelled to Murren twice and I can surely say that Hotel Bellevue was a real gem.For me the winner was the valley view which I can still visualise while reading your post.Food was by far the best I had during my whole trip.My husband and I had both our breakfast as well as dinner at Bellevue.Wish to go back soon to a trip to Alps.
