My email attempts to re-confirm an upcoming reservation bounced back, and the website http://hotel-goldener-schluessel.ch/ has been taken down. Does anyone know if this hotel is still in business? Maybe changed ownership or name?

Looks like you got the website wrong. I searched using the German spelling (Goldener Schüssel) and found it here: https://www.goldener-schluessel-bern.ch/
Click on "EN" top right for English.

Did you perhaps also miss off the "-bern" when you sent your e-mail?

Thank you for the corrections! I replied to our previous email string - the "-bern" is a change that showed up since our last correspondence in the spring.
