We are planning a visit to Stockholm in June. We are hoping to see the rune stones north of Stockholm (Taby Runriket). We feel we need a guide to get the most out of what we are seeing. Any recommendations? We prefer private or very small groups.

I don't have specific recommendations, but if you haven't already seen it, there is a list of official guides to the Runriket on their website. Link is in Swedish, but you can see which guides speak English by checking for the word "engelska" in the listing. Some of the guides have websites so you can check out what they offer first - otherwise all the guides have an email listed so I'd just contact a few and see who can arrange what you are looking for. Thanks for the suggestion! We had not found that website in our searches & it had lots of good info in addition to guide info.
