Hy, I have partner living and working in Sweden, I am a citizen of non EU country, (Serbia) and I would like to visit him now in February, but I am not sure if I will pass the control on airport, what are your experiences or opinions? Would appreciate any kind of advice, thank you!!!

You don't mention your current country of residence, so it would be impossible to give any meaningful advice, other than to direct you to the Swedish consulate or embassy in your country.
