I have an upcoming trip from Estonia to Kosovo that transits through Stockholm and Vienna. I know that Austria is open to vaccinated travelers. However, it seems like Sweden is firmly locked down till Aug 31st. Does this also apply to folks just transiting through ARN?
Just checking to see if any one has any intel or first hand experience - I searched a lot on the internet and couldn't find an answer. I can easily change my tickets if need be since these were booked on miles.
