Stockholm to Copenhagen

I am traveling with my Mom to Stockholm and Copenhagen this fall. Based on my initial research, it seems the best way to travel between the cities is by train rather than flying. Would folks here agree? Priority is comfort and ease/less hassle, less emphasis on cost (in other words, I'll pay more for the more convenient and comfortable approach). Thanks.
