Stockholm Pass

Hello! I searched the archives, but I didn't find any recent postings on the Stockholm Pass. Wondering if anyone has updated advice on whether it's worth it to buy?

We will spend one day in Stockholm, traveling to/from Enebyberg, where we are staying the nights.

We are a family of 5: 2 adults and 3 children under 16.

We are planning on going to the Vasa Ship Museum, seeing the Palace from the outside, and wandering around Galma Stan. My guess is that for this one day in the city, the Stockholm Pass would not be worth it?

Thanks for your suggestions!

To make the Stockholm Pass worthwhile, you'd need a vigorous day of sightseeing, which probably isn't feasible with three children. I don't see Skansen on your list and, given that you're traveling with children, you may want to check it out. Given that the Vasa Museum and Gamla Stan are on two non-adjoining islands, you'll also need to account for travel time. Even if you stayed on Djurgården, seeing the Vasa, Skansen, and Viking Museum, the pass still wouldn't be a bargain.

You'll have to do the maths, but for this plan, it's most likely not worth it. A 24 h SL pass will cover your transportation needs and the Vasa museum is the only place where you need to pay entrance.

13 minutes by ferry, so not that far from each other.
