I'm a budget traveler returning to Stockholm this summer and would like to visit Helsinki, Tallinn and St. Petersburg for possibly 2 days each. I can get to and from Helsinki and Tallinn easily enough, but wonder if a cruise from any one of these cities might be more cost efficient. I'm aware of the Moby site, but wonder if there are other/better options. Can anyone offer suggestions?

There might be other seafaring options, but Moby is the only ferry at this time that offers visa-free visit to SPb. With any other cruise company, there will be strings attached (must return on-board for the night, must be accompanied by a guide at all times, etc.)
