I will be in Stockholm on 7/30 and need to fly out of Copenhagen Airport on 7/31 in the AM. I was initially going to take the train from Stockholm to Copenhagen Central Train Station and stay near the Train Station the night of 7/30 and then somehow get to the Airport on 7/31 in the AM however, I'm thinking it might be best to take the train from Stockholm Central Train Station directly to the Copenhagen Airport and stay the night close to the airport the night of 7/30. That way, I would be close to the Airport for the flight on 7/31. In your opinion, is one option better than the other in terms of logistics, lodging, time saving, etc. Looking for any information/comments you can provide.

What time does your flight depart? If it's very early, staying at the airport can give you a bit more sleep in the morning. But on the other hand, airport hotels are not that fun. I'm not sure one option is better than the other as it depends a lot on personal preference.
Another option is to stay somewhere in southern Sweden the last night, Lund is not a bad option.
