Greetings! I will be traveling to Sweden in mid-May, arriving in Stockholm. I'm considering renting a small camper van (bed but no bath) so I have flexibility. Any tips from those of you who have already done this? Vendors? Logistics? Thank you!

I don’t have any experience with a campervan but this website has a map with places you can stay with your camper and the cost and faclities. If you zoom in, you will see specific locations and then you can click on the location and “visa all information” and it will show such info has how many places there are and the facilities (e.g., toilets, electicity, access to showers, etc.). What places are you planning to visit? I personally wouldn’t want a campervan in Stockholm (although there are camper places on Långholmen and at Tantolunden on Södermalm). There are some places (e.g., Stockholm’s archipelago) where a campervan would not be practical.

Thank you for the link Laura. Right - I would only rent the van when leaving Stockholm and heading to places that are more rural.
