If your phone supports eSIM that is the most convenient option. There are many too choose from. Truphone uses the Telia network in Sweden (or at least did a year ago when I used them) which is often said to be the best one.

I recently travelled to the Nordic countries and I used a data only eSim from Airalo. I had no issues with it in Stockholm and Copenhagen.

hope you enjoyed your trip.
My son and I are headed to Stockholm, copenhagen, and olso/bergen.
Looking for information on sim/esim for our iphones (12 and 15),
We Will use ONLY for data, getting directions reservations and messenger back to US.
NO phone calls.
What did you end up using? and did it work well for you.
