Radisson blu royal viking vs Nordic Light Hotel Stockholm

Hi! Luckily found rooms with 4 person capacity at Radisson Blu Royal Viking (family room) and Nordic Light (deluxe double). They are literally down the street from each other. Radisson has a pool?! Nordic light has a curtain between bed and sofa bed?!

We are a family of 4!

Not sure which one to choose? Would appreciate any insights. First time visiting Stockholm!

Don't worry too much about it. After all, the point of your trip is (I hope at least) not to spend the time in the hotel room.

You should however think about if that is the area where you want to stay.

I would have loved to stay by the Universiry and had a hotel I was going to book with adjoining rooms but when I went back it is gone.

My husband prefers that we all stay in one room, so that is the priority. I am assuming this area by the train station is safe…if not please tell me.

The area is perfectly safe, but a bit boring and can be noisy. Good access to transportation though.

Radisson Blu is near Tivoli. We wished we had been in a more interesting area.

We ended up choosing Nordic light and got a great corner room. Super convenient to train station but wished we were a bit more central!

I hate to say it, but I told you so…
