I’m leaving on a RS tour to Scandinavia in a week. Are mosquitoes going to be a problem in any of the three countries, Sweden, Denmark and Norway? Do I need to bring repellent?

Off Deep Woods Insect Repellent Wipes. These are small individual packages of a wipe with repellent on it. I always bring some with me no matter where I travel. They take up hardly any space, I can drop a few in my purse or backpack "just in case", and then I am prepared.
You can get them through Amazon and many big box stores.

I traveled to those there countries in May 2017. I did not have an issue with mosquitoes. If however your tour paperwork states that they may be an issue then I would certainly go prepared.
