We'll have 3 nights in Kiruna this summer and would appreciate some suggestions. Which nearby locations are best to focus on visiting? In particular, does it make sense to take the train to Narvik, Norway? It appears the schedule would require an overnight stay there before returning the next morning to Kiruna. Would the time be better spent visiting Abisko and other towns closer to Kiruna? Also, with the city still in transition, which areas are best for accommodations with easy transit from the airport and to other locations we would want to visit. Thank you!
