Where did you see this reported?
I did a quick search in Swedish and could not find any reports of a strike in Sweden. There are reports of a strike in Norway.

Right. I can't find any either, There was a report of the strike in Norway in the Sweden Herald so maybe that's what caused the confusion?
Oh, and another in the New York Times archive for a hotel strike in Sweden....in 1938. Pretty sure that's been resolved. :O)

The last time I read about Norway's tourism strike, it involved several thousand workers.
