I don't know that city, but from just a quick Google, I'd say that Avid Cruiser has more descriptive info than the rather lean tourist office web page. Cruisecritic.com is another resource often suggested on this forum.

We were there last year. We went to a wonderful Skansen that is within walking distance. We took a cab and walked back. It gives you a wonderful sense of the culture of the average Swede from the 1700-1800's. A Skansen is an outdoor folk museum and we enjoy visiting them on the continent.

Google: Fredriksdal Open-Air Museum and Botanical Garden The office staff was very helpful when we emailed for info.

We passed thru Helsingborg on the way to Helsingor Denmark which is a short ferry ride away. We walked from train station to the Karnan tower which is the remains of the old fortress. Walked thru nice pedestrian shopping area. Not sure of other sights to see as we were looping back to Copenhagen that day and did not have much time there.
