I like to research resturants in each city, would anyone who has been on the tour be able to share the resturants visited on recent 2026 tours. I know there are different guides and may vary, but still like to know.

We were on this tour last year, and it is really excellent, you are so lucky to be going! There are so many great local guides and unique experiences that you don't have on other Rick Steves tours.
In Stockholm the first group dinner was at Kvarnen and the food was delicious. In Copenhagen we ran into our tour guide at Restaurant Groften in Tivoli Gardens. That was convivial and fun. She recommended Maven and it was really delicious. We also really loved the canal boat and NY Glyptotek museums in Copenhagen. Group dinner at Restaurant Mumm on Aero was so delicious, as was the food at Paa Torvet hotel. The lunch in the boathouse between Denmark and Oslo was delicious, fresh, local, memorable. A highlight of the trip. The breakfasts in Norway as fresh, delicious and have an immense variety. Enjoy!

Haven't done this tour, but did go to Kvarnen, mentioned above. The restaurant itself was pretty good, traditional Swedish food. Good, but uninteresting (for me).
If you get free time to choose your own dinner, go to Aifur - viking themed restaurant in the heart of Gamla Stan. Food was super interesting - modern dishes but made only with ingredients the vikings would have had access to. And the atmosphere is out of this world fun.
And in Denmark, if you get a chance, go to Gaza Grill in the Meatpacking District. Best restaurant experience of my life. Food is simple Middle Eastern fare, but so well done and the staff is AMAZINGly nice!
