Flying from US to Stockholm, then Visby. Security?

I'm flying from US to Stockholm and want to catch a quick flight to Visby. Will I go through customs and security as soon as I arrive in Stockholm, or will I be allowed to fly to Visby and go through everything there?

I'm trying to figure out how much time to allow between Stockholm arrival and departure for Visby.

You will definitely go through immigration on arrival to Stockholm.

Is this all on one ticket or are you planning to buy separate tickets?
