OMG, my absolute favorite. I am envious. I never had a bad piece anywhere in Sweden, so sorry I can’t help. But enjoy! I wish I could find one near me…

I had lots of princess cake (princesstårta) when I lived in Stockholm as it seemed to be the obligatory cake for any special occasion. They all tasted pretty similar to me.
