Hi we are 6 adults and have bookings in Saariselka Finland and Are resorts in Sweden.We are travelling from Delhi.we are planning one week in each of the places.What is the best and cheapest to do.
option 1:fly to sweden spend a few days
take a ferry to Finland
option 2:fly to finland spend a few days
ferry to sweden and then fly back to delhi.
is there public transportation or we need to rent cars

Of course there is public transport. And the order of your visit doesn't really matter.
But why are you planning Saariselkä and Åre? It is a very odd itinerary.

that is because we have timeshare bookings available to us

I just find it a bit odd to visit two ski resorts (or one ski resort and one mountain town) so far from each other. If it was me I'd just spend two weeks in Åre.
