Does anyone have information to share about cycling on Oland Island? We're staying in Kalmar and ideally I'd like to rent bikes (either in Kalmar or on Oland) for a day of cycling there. TIA for your help and suggestions.

I'd start with these places... Some hotels in Kalmar also have bikes available for guests, so you could check about that as well.

Not a bad idea, a good way to explore Öland. You can rent a bike in Kalmar or on the island, bikes are free on the ferry from Kalmar to Färjestaden.
