Does anyone know of any god bike rentals or tours in Gothenburg? Internet search isn't turning up much... was hoping for something like the Mike's Bikes city tour in Munich... see the main sites via bike.

I assume that you already found http://www.goteborg.com/en/styr-och-stall/ for bike rental. It does seem to be the main rental office, recommended by VisitSweden.com, in addition to Google searches.
This tour company seems to have only a Facebook page, not a web site, but with address and phone number: https://www.facebook.com/biketourgothenburg.
