Can anyone give me insight as to what Bastad is like first week of August? Im looking to spend 4 nights with my husband and 2 kids age 7, 10, and staying out of centre at the Strand Hotel. We like places which are full of character but not really busy. I don't want to be queuing to get a table at a restaurant or for it to be so full of people that I might lose sight of my kids! Thanks.
