I have a 9 hour layover in Stockholm- do I have time to see some sights or should I stay at the airport? What attractions/areas should I check out?

The Arlanda Express claim 18 minute travel time from airport to central station. I don't remember it being so prompt, but maybe things have changed since I was last there - July 2017.
Public transportation (in many forms - bus, light rail, taxi, etc) is available immediately outside the station.
I am very partial to Skansen - the "open air" museum - which is, apparently the first of its kind. RS has stated he believes it is the best in Scandinavia.
I could stay there all day - although I am particularly interested in cultural anthropology.
