Places to visit from Rome on a budget

I’m studying abroad based out of Rome looking for trips on a budget of course for the weekend. I’ve been to all the main cities in the past looking for coastal or something off the regular touristy places

Aquila in the mountains of Abruzzo or Pescara on the sea. For history, Paestum. All doable by train.

Rome to Tarquinia by train takes an hour and a quarter and costs $7. Etruscan stuff.
