Zaragoza ideas, maybe a city tour?

We have fit a couple days in Zaragoza into our trip, but since it is not covered by RS, I'd like to know if anyone has a tour they would suggest or other recommendations for us? I have found a Tour By Locals, Jorge who speaks English and offers 2+ hour walking tour for a reasonable amount. We are staying at Hotel Sauce, which looks like a Rick Steves' type recommendation with cake added bonus. Love finding places that I think Rick would appreciate.

That hotel is in a good location. The main things to see in the city are Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar, the plaza in front of it, and the Aljafería Palace. At one end of the plaza are Roman wall ruins, as well as the Fuente de la Hispanidad. From a height, it is a map of South America. At the other end is the Cathedral of the Savior with its exterior Mudejar walls. There are also a couple museums by it.

There’s an area near the plaza that is popular for tapas that gets very busy. As with all larger cities, there is a central market. We did come across two cash only eateries when we were there in 2022. One was an empanada shop.
