Wineries in Andelucia

There are many vineyards and wineries in the Andelucian region. For example, near Ronda. Some offer tours and tastings, other a meal too. Any recommendations?

My understanding (from other posters . . .well, mostly Brad) is that you need to make a reservation for bodega tours/tastings in most places. One notable exception (and the only ones I tried) are the sherry bodegas in Jerez, some of which do not require reservations. I did Tio Pepe and Fundador Pedro Domecq. In Ronda, very close to the bridge there's the wine museum, Bodegas La Sangre de Ronda/Centro de Interpretacion del Vino, with very interesting exhibits on local culture and tastings too. I was there in off-season February, so my experience may not be typical. I seem to remember being the only visitor. They gave me a glass and showed me where the barrels were in the courtyard (3) and left me on my own to taste as much as I liked. All the exhibits were well signed and explained in English. After I finished visiting them, I got 3 generous tastings of local wines (2 from Ronda, 1 from Malaga) in the tasting room. If you are in Malaga, there's Antigua Casa de Guardia which pours wine from the barrel - they have a dozen or so barrels of local/regional wines and most cost a couple euros a glass.
