My adult daughter and I will be in and around Madrid at the beginning of June and would like an inexpensive wine tour or cooking class. We will have a day trip to Avila and Segovia that we could incorporate into this or we could do it during the couple of days that we will be staying in Toledo. Does anyone have any suggestions?

When my wife and I visited Madrid in 2015 we took a Tapas class from Cooking Point. It was very good. The first thing we learned to make was Sangria. Which went into the fridge for later while the instructor pulled some pre-made out for immediate consumption. We learned to make about six different tapas. Between the cooking lessons and the discussion of culture the class was great!
