Taxis from airport to downtown in major cities; Barcelona, Bilbao, Granada, Sevilla, Madrid, Toledo What is your experience w/acceptance for payment by credit card?

In 2017, we did not come across a cab driver in Seville, Madrid, or Barcelona who would accept credit cards.

And......in 2018, in Madrid, Barcelona and Toledo, I did not find one who did not.
Clear as mud.

In Barcelona, it has been compulsory for some years now.
