Which Train station in Barcelona to take the Highspeed Ave to Seville?

Which train station in Barcelona to take the Highspeed AVE train to Seville? And is it direct - doesn't stop in Madrid?

Sants, and yes there are direct trains. As well as more with a change in Madrid.
