This is my third visit to the Sagrada Familia and the first time I’ve been able to visit a tower- each time is something new! I suppose I’d prefer a view toward the water but which tower would that be?

I watched some videos on YouTube and chose Passion Tower. It’s hard to tell if there are significant differences but if there are I’ll update my post! 🤞

We’re going to be in Barcelona on October 1 and trying to decide also. Rick says the Passion side has wider steps for the descent. Will figure it out soon I hope cause I want to purchase my tickets.

Descending the spires: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4TFlWURpMH0 and the other https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5JL97WdMWk There are 504 stairs in both spires -if I recall correctly. The staircase in both (to me) is quite similar.
Btw, in English the correct word is "spire", not tower. The misusage of "tower" derives from a literal translation of the original word in the Catalan language: "torre".
