We're going to Spain in May and are just about ready to get our tickets to the Alhambra. We will get tickets at the ticketmaster site, but are unclear if the ticket price includes any guided tour. If not, are there audio/headset rentals, or brochures, or plaques or such so you know what you are looking at?
And--I am assuming Alhambra General is the way to go for the first (and only) visit. Can anyone confirm?

If you're interested in touring the complete Alhambra complex, then you'll want to buy the, 'Alhambra General', ticket.

We did not rent an audio guide, but you will find more information on this recent post here.
I believe there is a phone app for the Alhambra, but I'm not familiar with it, and hopefully others will chime in with more information.
