Hi,
I am planning to book my train tkt from Granada to Madrid (travel in October).
Is any company better/more reliable than others in customer service, etc.?
Thanks.
RENFE is the only train company that serves Granada to Madrid:
https://www.renfe.com/es/en
If you have trouble using RENFE website to buy tickets you can also buy tickets them on:
https://www.thetrainline.com/en-us
Just and FYI, your tickets may not be available yet. We need tickets for September 16 and they just became available.
It's probably too soon to buy tickets for October. I like to use Trainline to buy train tickets. The service fees aren't much, and it's user-friendly for Americans and their credit cards.
Train tickets for Granada to Madrid throughout the entire month of October are now on sale at both www.TheTrainline.com and www.Renfe.com
Thank you all for information!!
I really appreciate it :)
I've used Trainline and Renfee recently. I had no issues with Trainline and my credit card; however, Renfee would only work (for me) when I chose the PayPal option rather than using a credit card. If you have issues, try PayPal instead.
Thank you for your information :)
