Where can I pick up prepaid Senior discount tickets for Alhambra?

I purchased 4 discount Senior ticket, for the Alhambra, through Ticketmaster.
I have, since heard, that I cannot pick them up except at the Main entrance, as the discount has to be verified?
I wanted to have then printed out and go to the quickest gate.
I would have paid the regular adult rate, if I would have known that I couldn't use another gate.
Does anyone have any helpful hints?
I'm sure the main entrance is very crowded.
Thank you.

Actually the main entrance was very efficient. We went earlier in the morning and maybe waited five minutes. If that is the requirement I doubt if there is much you can do to avoid it.

I may be incorrect but I believe the senior discount is only for EU residents. When I was there with my 88 year old mom in October 2015, she did not get a discount.

The official Alhambra website specifically says "EU senior citizens (65+)" One hopes that when you get to the entrance they will allow you to pay the difference and they will honor the tickets.

Thank you, all.
I repurchased regular priced tickets, in fear that it would get too complicated at the entrance.
Supposedly, Ticket Master is canceling my first set of tickets. Hopefully.

Even with tickets in hand, it's a good idea to use the main entrance, where you can rent audio guides, pick up maps and get information about the sight. For instance, some of the buildings are open to the public only a few days a year on a rotating basis.

You do have to pick up these tickets at the Alhambra itself but if possible you can go pick them up on a different day or time than your visit. Note: I havent done this myself but I did hear the staff telling several others that this was the case.
