Where can I buy a beautiful handmade in Spain or Portugal porcelain or cloth doll?

I like to collect dolls from the countries I visit that are locally made. I know about Lladro but I'm not interested in those. My maximum budget is $200 U.S. I'll be in Madrid, Seville, Andulucia, Alicante, maybe Valencia, the Costa del Sol and maybe the Algarve (so a Portuguese doll too). Any suggestions where to look, i.e., gift shops, department stores, (with store names if known)? Thanks.
