What’s happening in Madrid on October 12 Spains National day?

There’s a chance of rain most of the day which, according the the local news, may impact an Air Force fly over. There is also going to be a military parade that ends at Plaza Colón. Other than that, I have no idea.

At 10:00am local time (4am EST) it was raining in Madrid. The parade is supposed to begin at 10:50am (4:50am EST). The air component has been cancelled due to the rain.
