We just returned from a delightful trip to Spain. We did a number of tours with various tour companies. Most of them were wonderful. One of them, Grupo Rusadir (Viajes Rusadir), we were very disappointed with as were a number of others on the tour that day. We had booked their tour from Malaga to Granada for Oct. 3. It very clearly said in the information they gave that the entrance to the Nasrid Palace (Alhambra) was included. I personally verified this with them earlier in the year. Instead we spent almost the whole 2.5 hours in the Alhambra in the gardens, never to enter the Nasrid. Also clearly stated in the itinerary, we were to go to the San Cristobal viewpoint to see the best view of the Alhambra. We didn’t. Our guide Maria would not answer our questions as to why and was rather curt. A letter to them upon our return told us it was an “error in ticketing”. Is this how they do business? To state something clearly and then not do it. We should have been notified. We did go into the King’s Chapel as a substitute (but we had planned on that during our free time). Nothing was said and it really was a bummer to not be able to do either. Had I known, I most certainly would have cancelled with them. Beware!
