Vueling accepted to compensate me but it has been 45 days already!

They lost my luggage for several days and I had to buy everything I needed for my trip while my luggage was lost. As I only had that one! I sent all receipts and made the claim. They accepted, and got my details. They said they paid it already over 45 days ago but still hasn’t come through! I email them every second day and they only say that I have to wait and that they have sent my request for a copy of proof of payment to the department that does it. It’s an endless loop and they won’t give me any contacts to other departments to try speed this up!! Does anyone know what I can do?

How did they ( supposedly) issue the payment?

Good to know there are "higher ups"....I've sent Vueling 4 emails asking about my upcoming reservation and I never get any response. I'll use the link in this post! Thanks..

I have flown Vueling multiple times, what info do you need that is not already online?
Most airlines won't respond to every email if it is nothing serious and it is listed online.

I've just worked out that there are two people asking about two different issues at the same time in this thread. I had thought it was the OP all the way.

Bank transfers should be a matter of minutes or at most a couple of hours, once they are executed.

Exactly! But they made me wait 30 days for me to be allowed to request proof of payment, and now that I requested it they o my reply telling me that it has been requested and once ready they will send. So disrespectful!!
