VLC Valencia airport ground transfer

The official website for VLC airport has a taxi information section that says the fixed price for taxis from the airport to the city center is 20 euros plus an airport tax of 5.40

The best pre-arranged taxi service I have found so far is KiwiTaxi, which claims 30 euros total for an economy-size taxi that will include a person standing at the arrivals/baggage claim area with a sign that has your name on it. This might or might not be worth the 4.60 difference, depending.

Does anyone here at RS forum know of a better deal or arrangement?

I don't know of other transport options, but when we arrived in Valencia it was not crowded at all. It was in October, however. But, at that time of the year, we didn't wait for a taxi at all - just walked up to the first taxi in the line and off we went.

You are arriving during Las Fallas when some streets in the center are closed which probably impacts street traffic generally. I don't know the location of the airport, so I've no idea if you'll get stuck in traffic. I'd confirm that there are no exceptions to the rates for that week.
